I never leave reviews for anything online as I am not really an 'internet person'. However, the service, care, and consideration given to me by Alison at Perth Home of Heating was absolutely first class. She talked me through the steps to trouble-shoot my issues with my wood heater. And as she had to tend to customers as well, even called me back at the end of her working day to make sure I had been able to fix the problem. This NEVER happens, people NEVER call back! I was so impressed by this lovely lady. What a wonderful human being! Alison also emailed a few days later with the contact details for people who clean wood stove flues. I will definitely be using this business again, even though it is not my local one nor the closest, I will travel there deliberately for the service. Thank you again Alison. Will be highly recommending your business to anyone and everyone!

I definitely won't be cold this winter!!!After previously living in a home with a wood stove, I really noticed just how much my open fireplace was chewing through the logs in comparison. And of course I was getting all the smoke and the dust into my lounge room; and lungs.With the opening of my fireplace being on the small side, Perth Home of Heating were among only a few outlets that actually offered a quality wood fire insert that would fit, at least without some potentially expensive and very messy brick removal. When I visited the showroom, I also found Alison and Brett lovely to deal with, very friendly and informative.The unit arrived when promised, and the only temporary hiccup was that the installer had to move the date I was initially booked in for; but Brett and Alison personally insured that I was offered a new date not too long after. Julian, the installer was also perfectly lovely and worked very cleanly indeed. I had expected quite a bit more dust.So tonight I am burning off" the unit (a Jindara Riverina) for the first time. Ray was most professional in installing a modern fire box into our traditional open fire place. He was careful, accurate and determined I would be more than satisfied with the finished product. I am very happy with the result.

My father had a terrible experience with Solahart Rockingham. Darren came out to attempt the repair of a gas heater he was told that they would order a thermostat and be back within a week to replace the part. Two weeks later and two no show appointments later, Mick a new service man came to attempt the repair. The repair was not completed and the gas heater was left in parts on the loungeroom floor with damage made to the ignition switch which was previously fine. Payment in full was insisted including the cost of the new thermostat which was not fitted and the heater was left disassembled and not working despite cash being paid in full.Would not recommend this business at all. They have taken advantage of a pensioner and charged money for a service not provided.

This business deserves every accolade you can give. Mick and his team are punctual efficient and very reasonable in cost. When the fan stopped working on my Evap. Airconditioning Mick turned up and replaced it straight away even though they had closed for the Christmas break. How many services are there like that these days. I highly recommend this business.

Jeff Carter was recommended by Subiaco Restoration. Between my partner and I we have left two messages and one sms. Six days after the first message and we had still not received a response. Having posted this review, Jeff has since got back to me and arrangements have been made to price for the job.
