Jeff Carter was recommended by Subiaco Restoration. Between my partner and I we have left two messages and one sms. Six days after the first message and we had still not received a response. Having posted this review, Jeff has since got back to me and arrangements have been made to price for the job.

Jeff was amazing! He came and checked out our evap aircon for free and gave us a quote. After a week we called him to get a new one installed and the next he arrived that too on Christmas Eve to get the aircon installed. He was quick, efficient and his service was affordable. I highly recommend his services! Thanks Jeff :)

Highly recommend Jeff to do your fireplace installation. We purchased our free-standing Jotul fireplace from Subiaco Restorations and Jeff did the initial installation along with a helper. They did a fantastic job. Unfortunately there was a manufacturers issue with one of the flues which caused cracking in the paint and we had to get a replacement. A different installer came out to do the replacement and he did such a bad job that resulted us in requesting another replacement and we specifically to have Jeff from Alltemp back to install it. Jeff fixed everything leaving it looking immaculate. He is friendly and communicated to us what happened and how he fixed the issues. He runs a busy business but it's worth the wait to get him out. after being told by another company we needed $1900 of repairs and parts or ideally a new system, we called Alltemp soloutions for a second opinion. They came out same day and fitted a new washer and solved the leaking aircon unit. (saving us from buying a new aircon unit!)They had the aircon running immediately.Their honesty and professionalism was so very appreciated. Will be booking in my servicing with them from now on.Thank you thank you thank you!

Arranged the time and date with Jeff, to took a measurement for fireplace installation. Was waiting for an hour, but he hasn't showed up. Called me back saying that he forgot put it on his diary. Very poor service started only on the first step. Do not recommend.

We got in touch with AllTemp Solutions to install our wood burner, after a recommendation. Jeff came to the house to scope out where the burner could be installed, he said he would provide a quote for installation, hearth and customised flue. It is now over 6 weeks since he came to the house and even after numerous phone calls and emails to follow up we still have not received a quote or have an installed wood burner. Therefore, I would not recommend AllTemp Solutions.

Jeff installed our new wood burner. He was prompt and provided a very professional service. We were really happy with the quality of the result.

Could not recommend highly enough. My parents have had both an air-conditioner and wood heater installed and each time Jeff has been nothing but professional. He was on time, professional, went above and beyond to ensure the job was finished and didn’t stop until it was, but overall just a really nice guy to deal with!!! Couldn’t have asked for better service!!
