Ordered parts for our Everhot wood oven at the beginning of February 2022. This company has not responded via email or picked up the phone beyond the initial email to ensure they got our money. At this point I believe these people are scammers. 100% avoid in future.

Sold me an expensive and inferior fitting part for my stove, now they wont answer or return calls & emails. NOT HAPPY..Sent you an email over a week ago and still waiting !.Another week passes..Another month or more has passed and i have also called and left a message.New management is working real well...........NOT !

Great personal service and advice, and a great range of interesting and very functional wood stoves. I love our wood stove. Thank you for showing me how to run an eco friendly house relative to both the wood stove, water heating and reducing electrical load.
