Great customer service from start to finish. Damien waited for us after hours, wasn’t pushy and answered all our questions. Installation date was made for our convenience to work around us, Damien and his offsider arrived on time, quickly assessed where the heater was going and got to work explaining as they went what they were doing. Cleaned up when they had finished and even started it for me. I would highly recommend Jarrahdale Heating Midvale made the whole experience fantastic.

Awesome customer service. There was no pushy sales person, they listened and gave advice when needed. Went out of their way to help us when we had trouble working things out at home, ie measurements and hearth installation.Professional and quick installationVery friendly family, felt at ease with them immediately.And of course, the prices. From the time that we first visited the store to speak to a sales person to the time of installing our new heater the entire process has been smooth and without issues. The salesperson was very helpful, Lessa was very happy answering any questions and they were all very patient while we found the perfect hearth that we wanted. When it came time to installation the tradesmen were very efficient and had a good eye for details. Highly recommended and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
